YGC Apparel - No Returns Policy

At YGC Apparel, we take pride in crafting each garment to your precise specifications. As all of our products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final.

Please carefully review your order details, including size, color, and design, before finalizing your purchase. We encourage you to contact our customer service team with any questions or concerns you may have prior to placing your order.

Exceptions:

  • Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect. We will assess the situation and, if deemed necessary, provide a replacement or repair at our discretion.
  • Incorrect Order: If you receive an item that does not match your order confirmation, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work to rectify the error promptly.
